Roger has been tattooing professionally for the last 14 years. He specializes in black and grey realism, watercolor and Trash Polka. Roger is our hometown artist, having spent his whole life in and around Wabash. He has one daughter, 6-year old Scarlette, who
loves to hang around the shop where she has a secret toy box full of goodies.
In his spare time he likes to paint, draw, and build props and costumes as well as volunteer his time as a member of the Star Wars based non-profit organization: the 501st Legion.
A creature of habit, Roger has a closet full of the same outfits because it’s just easier to dress the same way everyday. He also has red hair, blue eyes and is left handed, one of the most rare combinations on earth. Aside from his art, he makes the best tenderloin sandwiches around. Seriously - they’re amazing!
This is a fun portrait Roger got to do on a dad in honor of his daughter. The photograph the tattoo was based off of was taken on the day that he and his wife were married where the daughter was their flower girl. Being grown now, we've also had the chance to tattoo the daughter!
